Minimum Viable

I have been wanting to launch a blog and a website for quite awhile.  I got tired of waiting, so today I am launching just what I need to get started.  A website with my name, picture and contact information.  And one itty bitty blog post.

Is there something magical about this day that makes it perfect for beginning? Yes. It is a day like any other, filled with distractions and glories, intentions and hesitations, wonder and stupor.  And that makes it perfect because all we have is now.  Only now has an effect on the future and only now can change how we perceive the past.  So let us begin.

Welcome to This Improvised Life, a blog about philosophy, spirit, creativity and yes, improv.  As you can see, I am refining the concept from writing about Everything & Anything to writing about Some Things In Particular. But that's OK, nailing that down is beyond the scope of what I really need to get started. 

I put that cobwebbed fig up there because it is something that is unfolding right now in my yard and I nearly missed it.  Plus I like how images can draw us in to a text and I thought I would try it out.
